Pompette, founded by three seasoned chefs: Ashley Aubin (Alinea, Salero), Katie Wasielewski (Elske, Pub Royale), and Aaron Patten (Acadia, Moody Tongue), and Takoi’s Chef Brad Greenhill will collab on a special 6-course, prix-fixe menu. Takoi and Pompette will each take a course with a special collaborative dish. Cocktails will be crafted by Maggie Warren, a former bartender at Takoi, with an eye towards the innovative cocktail program at Takoi.
